  Horrible! I go in to buy a house with cash. She (Kate Ross) couldn't find time to show me the house. Pushed me off to a whole other realtor. I lost the opportunity to buy the house because someone else placed a bid and it was accepted. A I was talking to Kate she didn't seem to know what a HUD house was or some terms that a realtor should know... I will never be going back to Coldwell Banker.
